2. In a medium bowl, mix together the feta cheese, green and red chili peppers, onion, red pepper and garlic. Season with cumin, salt and pepper. Stir in olive oil until well combined.

3. Pour mixture into the prepared baking dish and bake for about 30 minutes, until the top becomes crunchy and golden brown.  

4. Sprinkle with fresh parsley, if desired. Serve immediately or store in an airtight container in the fridge for up to 5 days.
