Healthy and Nutritious Sesame Seeds

The sesame plant is native to India and Africa. There are different varieties of the plant that give it white, red, brown, or black sesame seeds.

Sesame provides about 60 percent of the monounsaturated and polyunsaturated fatty acids or 'pure oils'.
